VIBEMAC VM03

A 3-needle arm chainstitch machine designed for joining heavy materials with a French seam. The VM03 is an improved successor to the Vibemac V2261HP model. It is ideal for sewing denim, workwear, uniforms, and similar garments. Its unique solutions ensure top-quality results and consistent stitch length, even over thick seams.

A special patented belt puller placed just behind the presser foot ensures stable and even material feeding. The use of high-quality components allows sewing at speeds of up to 4,999 stitches per minute. The machine is equipped with a DCP system (Dynamic Control of Presser), ensuring constant dynamic pressure control of the presser foot. The machine can adjust the pressure depending on the thickness of the layers being sewn (such as cross seams and joints).

The new automatic electronic chain (thread) cutting system further increases work efficiency.

Various needle spacings are available as options. By default, the machine is designed for sewing heavy materials, but it can also be adapted for light materials.

The machine is mounted on a column base, providing convenient access to the working area.
