Station for sewing back pockets onto jeans, workwear, military garments, etc. The device is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLK-G single or double needle sewing head with a large hook. The Vibemac 2516V4 DCT is the first machine that allows sewing a pocket with two different thread colors in one cycle (available in single-color or dual-color versions).
Easy and quick exchange of pocket-holding frames. Frames for different pocket shapes are available upon request in a very short time (approximately 7 business days), and due to their simple construction, they can also be fabricated independently if needed.
The machine sews the pocket according to a pre-programmed stitch pattern, enabling decorative stitching, sewing asymmetrical pockets with or without labels.
The pocket must be pre-pressed.
