Automatic button press – brief overview
An automatic press for crimping metal buttons onto garments. Equipped with an automatic feeder and a laser marker indicating the position where the button will be crimped on the fabric. The operator’s task is simply to place the material under the device’s clamp and press the activator. The automation of button component feeding significantly increases work efficiency compared to presses with manual feeding.
A quick solution for metal buttons – the press is a major improvement for sewing workshops and tailoring establishments.
The automatic button press primarily enhances production processes. Using the press not only optimizes and speeds up work but also improves the quality of the final product. The button press minimizes the risk of errors and is very comfortable to use, greatly facilitating the operator’s job. The process of pressing buttons is simple: the operator just needs to press the pedal and place the material, and the buttons will automatically be applied exactly where needed.
