Description
The electronically controlled lingerie buttonhole machine is equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head and stepper motors that independently control the main mechanisms: upper thread trimming, lower thread trimming, fabric-shifting table, needle bar throw, presser foot mechanism, and knife drive. This is a 2-thread machine with smooth sewing speed adjustment, stitching with lockstitch, and automatic trimming of both upper and lower threads.
The machine features an easy-to-use and clear control panel with a color LCD touch screen, allowing quick adjustments of various parameters as well as saving created programs. By default, the memory has 21 types of buttonholes programmed with the ability to modify and save new designs (up to 50 patterns). A maximum of 999 stitches can be included in one program. The USB port allows saving and copying stitching patterns.
The machine includes a multicutting function that enables the knife to hit multiple times during operation. With this feature, it is possible to create buttonholes of varying lengths without changing the knife size. This function also allows for optional equipment to sew buttonholes up to 7 cm or even 12 cm in length.
Four types of pre-stitch reinforcements:
- Rectangle Stitching: Effectively prevents fabric stretching during product use, especially useful for elastic materials.
- Top Stitching: Reinforcement at the buttonhole tips ensures perfect bartacks and prevents buttonhole deformation after multiple stitchings, particularly on thickly woven fabrics.
- Cross Stitching: Used on thicker, fluffy fabrics to pre-compress the nap and prepare the fabric for final stitching.
- Zigzag Stitching: Reinforces the buttonhole stitching before the main sewing and cutting, ensuring it is perfectly executed and durable.
