A 2-needle lockstitch machine with disengageable needles and standard hooks, featuring dual needle-feed and feed dog transport, designed for light and medium-weight materials. The machine is equipped with a range of innovative features that enhance productivity and operator comfort. Its powerful 750W Direct-Drive motor ensures quiet operation and low energy consumption. The DT828L is the first 2-needle machine by Siruba to feature two stepper motors that control material transport, thread trimming, and presser foot lifting. This design operates much more quietly and efficiently compared to traditional mechanisms controlled by electromagnets.
To further improve user comfort, the machine includes strong LED lighting with 3-level brightness adjustment.
Key features of the DL828L:
- A special bidirectional stepper motor (patented) allows simultaneous control of both thread trimming and presser foot lifting.
- The new straight-type thread trimming mechanism offers better performance and is easier to adjust.
- The new enclosed lubrication system minimizes the risk of fabric staining during sewing.
- A control panel allows easy and efficient operation of automatic functions, as well as stitch length and sewing parameter adjustments.
Needle disengagement (in subclasses -45 and -75) is controlled via buttons located on a panel near the needle bar. The disengaged needle bar re-engages automatically, ensuring perfect corner stitching. It is also possible to program the corner angle. Machines without a split needle bar (subclasses -42 and -72) feature buttons for 1/2 and 1/4 stitch length adjustments on the same panel.
The electronic stitch length control, powered by a stepper motor, ensures precise sewing parameters, even during backtacking. Programmable decorative stitches are also achievable.
The electronic knee lifter controls the stepper motor that lifts the presser foot, eliminating the need for excessive force compared to mechanical knee lifters.
