A 4-needle, 6-thread arm machine, Autolap, designed for flexible joining of knit materials with flatlock stitching. It features upper and lower thread interlooping, horizontal knives for trimming excess material (from both layers), and automatic presser foot lifting integrated into the machine body. The machine is equipped with a waste suction system to remove trimmed material.
For increased efficiency, it includes automatic chain trimming (AK) controlled by photocells. The machine operates with an integrated energy-efficient servo motor using the DIRECT DRIVE system. Proper operation requires a connection to a compressed air source.
