Description
A specialized coverstitch machine designed for attaching elastic in closed loops with a lap seam (e.g., briefs, boxer shorts, and other garments). The machine is equipped with a right knife to trim the fabric edge and a system for extracting trimmed scraps.
Standard features include tension rollers for ensuring even tension of the elastic around the entire loop and a rear roller puller to assist in material transport.
The machine is equipped with a special presser foot that includes a pneumatic nozzle to flatten the fabric edge before the working area. This is particularly useful when sewing lightweight knits that tend to roll at the edges.
The improved lubrication system provides better cooling of the oil, ensuring optimal machine operation and minimizing the risk of fabric staining during sewing.
