Description

Electronically controlled, 2-thread programmable button sewing machine with lockstitch. Standard model is designed for sewing flat buttons, with an option to adapt the machine for sewing shank buttons (additional optional parts required).

The machine is equipped with a modern energy-efficient 550W servo motor and stepper motors controlling material feed and presser foot. Enhanced lubrication system with oil in a closed circuit, supplied only to the hook mechanism (no lubrication of the needle drive mechanism), prevents oil leaks from the upper machine parts (usually the needle bar), thus protecting the fabric from staining.

A new automatic trimming system leaves a shorter thread on the material after cutting, enhancing the stitch appearance and eliminating the need for trimming threads on the finished item. The large, clear touchscreen control panel allows for creating custom stitching patterns. All icons and settings are displayed clearly. The machine also allows smooth adjustment of stitch length and width. It is possible to program different stitching cycle types, and the USB port enables pattern transfer via USB drive.
