SIRUBA BH-9820

Automatic 2-Thread Buttonhole Machine equipped with an energy-efficient servo motor integrated into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms.

The machine can stitch buttonholes with or without a gimp stitch, cut before or after stitching, with converging or straight bar tacks, and also includes buttonholes with cross bars.

Optionally, it can also stitch round buttonholes (only subclass BH-9820-01).

Key parameters, including the type and size of the buttonhole, cutting method, and sewing speed, are programmable via a modern, user-friendly control panel. Each buttonhole type can be individually programmed for shape, width, cutting type, etc.

The machine also includes a cyclic stitching function for multiple buttonhole types, enabling stitching on garments without resetting the machine. Quick changes between buttonhole types without complex mechanical adjustments make it ideal for short-run, high-variety production.

The machine head’s design allows longitudinal buttonholing on long pieces.
