SIRUBA ASP-JBL100

A modern single-needle automatic machine designed for attaching belt loops on jeans, jackets, workwear, and similar garments. Developed in collaboration with JUKI, the machine features a LKS-1900AN bartack head and an automatic feeder that cuts the tape to the required length, folds the belt loop edges, and delivers the formed loop to the working area. The operator’s task is limited to placing the garment under the presser foot. The machine offers adjustable loop length and ensures high productivity, achieving up to 800 pairs of pants per 8-hour shift (assuming 5 loops per pair and 28 stitches per bartack).
