Description
Electronic 2-thread button sewing machine with an automatic button feeder, designed for sewing flat buttons. The use of a lockstitch guarantees secure attachment of the button, minimizing the risk of accidental detachment. The machine features the LKS-1903AN button sewing head, developed in collaboration with Juki.
The automatic button feeding system significantly enhances work efficiency, with a maximum feeding speed of 120 buttons/min (one button every 0.5 seconds). The entire process is controlled by stepper motors.
The automatic feeder can accommodate buttons with a diameter of 8-20 mm without requiring any part replacements. The machine is equipped with a set of 5 feeding holders, available in sizes ranging from 2.2 to 3.6 mm (each size includes holders with two or four pins). For increased efficiency, it includes a system that automatically rejects buttons positioned face-down.
Controlled via a clear and user-friendly graphical control panel.
