A 4-thread overlock machine with automatic functions designed for sewing lightweight and medium materials. The machine features automatic chain/tape cutting controlled electrically and presser foot lifting. Automation is managed electrically using stepper motors, eliminating the need for a compressed air connection.

Modes of Operation:

• Manual Mode: Cutting activated by a button
• Mixed Modes: E.g., the entire sewing process controlled by photocells

The photocells, integrated into the stitch plate, provide high accuracy and do not restrict access to the machine’s working area. The machine is equipped with a clear control panel for adjusting all parameters related to automatic functions.

An energy-efficient servo motor is mounted directly on the machine’s head and main shaft, ensuring quiet operation and reduced energy consumption. The machine also features integrated LED workspace lighting with adjustable brightness.
