4-thread overlock with automatic functions, designed for sewing light and medium-weight fabrics. Equipped with differential bottom feed. The machine includes automatic chain/tape trimming controlled by photocells, a chain and fabric scraps suction system, and automatic presser foot lifting.
It can operate in automatic mode (trimming controlled by photocell), manual mode (trimming activated by button), or mixed modes (e.g., the entire sewing process controlled by photocells). The photocells, embedded in the needle plate, provide high precision without restricting access to the machine’s work area.
The machine features a clear control panel for setting all automatic function parameters. An energy-efficient servo motor is mounted directly on the machine head’s main shaft, ensuring quiet operation and reduced energy consumption.
