4-thread overlock designed for sewing medium and heavy materials such as sweaters, hats, fleece, etc. The specially designed thread guiding system ensures stable working conditions, even at high sewing speeds.
The 700L series overlocks feature new materials in all components that come into contact with threads and fabrics. This improves stitch quality, makes the machine easier to adjust, enhances the quality of stitches, and broadens the machine’s application range.
The use of the latest technologies has reduced the weight of individual machine components while maintaining high quality and durability of the mechanisms. This ensures quiet and reliable operation, even at high sewing speeds.
The machine is standardly equipped with a modern energy-saving servo motor mounted directly on the machine (Direct Drive system) and integrated LED workspace lighting. Needle positioning is also included.
Servo motors are currently the most advanced type of drive for sewing machines. Machines with such a drive use up to 75% less electricity compared to traditional clutch motors, are quieter, and have reduced vibrations during operation.
