Description

A 3-needle arm machine with chainstitch, designed for joining heavy materials with a French seam. It is perfect for sewing denim, workwear, uniforms, and more. Unique solutions ensure the highest quality finish and consistent stitch length, even when sewing over thick seams.

The machine features a pneumatic control system for the presser foot’s position, preventing excessive tilting when passing over cross seams and thicknesses. A patented electronic belt puller, located right behind the presser foot and controlled by a stepper motor, ensures stable and even material feed. The puller mechanism maintains constant pressure on the fabric regardless of changes in thickness (e.g., cross seams).

The machine also includes a fabric thickness sensor for dynamic adjustment of presser foot pressure. For increased productivity, it is equipped with automatic pneumatic chain cutting, controlled by a photocell, and pneumatic presser foot lifting.

Various needle spacings are available as options. The machine is primarily designed for heavy materials but can be adapted for lighter fabrics as well. It is mounted on a column stand, allowing easy access to the work area.
