Continuous-motion conveyor bonding machine, belt width 750 mm, maximum power of 9 kW, three-phase power supply, air pressure of 6 bar, pressure adjustable from 0 to 4 kg/cm², temperature range from 0 to 200 °C, and belt speed adjustable from 0.5 to 7.1 m/min. Equipped with 3 upper and 4 lower heating elements. All parameters for ensuring the highest bonding quality can be set on a clear control panel. Precise bonding time adjustment is achieved by setting the belt speed with an inverter. The bonding machines can operate with zero pressure, allowing bonding of very delicate materials.
Option: return system for finished elements.
