Description

Continuous-motion conveyor bonding machine, belt width 600 mm, maximum power of 7 kW, energy consumption of 5 kW, three-phase power supply, air pressure of 6 bar, adjustable pressure from 0 to 4 kg/cm², temperature range from 0 to 200 °C, belt speed adjustable from 0.5 to 7.1 m/min, bonding time from 7 to 78 s. Equipped with 3 upper and 4 lower heating elements. All parameters for ensuring the highest bonding quality are set on a clear control panel. Precise bonding time adjustment is achieved by setting the belt speed with an inverter. The bonding machines can operate with zero pressure, allowing bonding of very delicate materials.
