Continuous-motion conveyor bonding machine, working width of 160 cm, maximum power consumption up to 22 kW (average consumption 12 kW), adjustable temperature up to 200 °C maintained by an electronic thermostat with independent programming of two heating zones. Adjustable bonding time with belt speed ranging from 0.9 to 10.2 m/min, pneumatic pressure adjustable from 0 to 4 kg/cm². The machine features an automatic belt positioning system to prevent slippage from guide rollers.
For proper operation, connection to a compressed air source (pressure 6 bar) is required.
