Description
A sewing station designed for the production of mattress protectors. The machine, in one operation, sews elastic to the edge of the material and joins the side of the cover with the top fabric. The machine is available in two versions:
- Sewing elastic with an overlock machine
- Sewing elastic with a coverstitch machine
Automatic sewing of elastic to the bottom edge of the cover’s side. Automatic alignment of the material being fed.
Features:
- Pegasus sewing heads, known for their high speed and sewing stability.
- Both sewing heads can work simultaneously or separately.
- Cover side width: 200-500 mm.
- Automatic detection and alarm in case of thread breakage.
- Constant tension of the elastic being fed ensures an ideal final result and high repeatability.
