Description
Two- or three-needle coverstitch machine, cylindrical bed, with lower and upper looper, 5,500 stitches/min, central lubrication. Servo motor integrated into the machine head. The machine features electromagnetically controlled automatic functions: thread trimming, needle positioning, and foot lifting. The machine allows sewing without the upper looper and is standardly equipped with a hemming guide. Servo motor Pegasus D332 with a power of 650 W built into the machine head.

The machines use modern “Oil Barrier” technology. The needle mechanism is equipped with newly developed oil plugs and bushings that create a unique “oil barrier” to prevent oil leaks and product staining. The “oil barrier” prevents even a single drop of oil from dripping from the needle mechanism and its related parts during machine operation, even when the machine is stopped overnight. Maintenance of the needle mechanism is very simple and involves only replacing the oil plug. A reliable lubrication system and highly effective “oil barrier” protect the product from oil stains and eliminate the need for a stain remover.
