Description
Sewing automation machine designed for forming and attaching sleeve gauntlets in shirts. The station is equipped with two programmable heads: one for the left sleeve and one for the right, allowing attachment of both the right and left placket. It supports sewing both standard gauntlet shapes and rectangular plackets (requires a clamp change). Folding, pressing, and stitching occur automatically, making operation user-friendly without requiring a skilled operator. The entire process takes approximately 15 seconds.
The machine is equipped with multiple sensors that ensure a highly precise stitch. Any issues are detected by sensors and reported in the program. Additionally, precise laser markers aid in the positioning of sewing elements.
