Device designed for precise and quick turning of collars as well as similar elements such as flaps and cuffs. In the initial stage, the device trims the edges of the turned collar corners to achieve the final shape without bulkiness. This is an electro-pneumatic system equipped with a unique rotary blade, which can be adjusted to set the trimming angle. The use of a rotary cutting head ensures the highest quality of the finished product. The machine is equipped with a PLC controller.
