High-efficiency cuff forming and pressing station. The machine’s design and ease of operation mean the entire process does not require pressing skills. Cuffs are manually turned right-side-out and placed onto an adjustable cuff shaping form, where they are automatically aligned. The cuff then enters the device’s first zone between two conveyor belts for initial preparation. In the next stage, the cuff is finally pressed and shaped under a high-pressure heated plate. An automatic remover then places the formed cuffs aside for cooling. The device is equipped with a high-quality PLC controller and a clear control panel for precise adjustment of time and temperature settings according to material type.
