AUTOMATIC BUTTONHOLE SEWING STATION FOR SHIRT PLACKETS

An automatic sewing station designed for stitching buttonholes on the placket of shirts. The machine automatically moves the placed fabric, sewing buttonholes across the entire placket without any operator intervention. The operator’s role is limited to placing the shirt front in the working area and initiating the sewing process.

Programming of work parameters, buttonhole size, and spacing between buttonholes is done via an easy-to-use control panel. The machine is equipped with a modern energy-efficient servo drive and stepper motors controlling various mechanisms. For greater productivity, one operator can manage two machines simultaneously.
