Description
A sewing automation system designed for attaching pockets to shirts, POLO shirts, T-shirts, blouses, and many other garments. The sewing head is designed for light and medium fabrics, ensuring top-quality stitching, while the advanced material folding feeder allows pocket attachment without the need for pre-pressing the pocket.
The machine is equipped with practical laser markers that enable perfect positioning of the pocket on the fabric. A suction system holds the prepared pocket in place on the fabric, preventing any accidental movement. It is also possible to sew inner yokes on POLO shirts.
The quick and easy change of pocket-forming elements allows for rapid setup when switching pocket shapes. The entire machine adjustment process takes approximately 5 minutes.
Control is operated via a touchscreen panel equipped with intuitive software that allows users to independently create sewing patterns, save them in memory, and modify them as needed.
