Description
Machine equipped with an automatic feeder. Labels are fed directly from a roll, eliminating the need for pre-cutting or ordering pre-cut labels, significantly reducing process time and label costs. The feeder is equipped with a blade that cuts the tape into individual labels and automatically positions each label under a special presser foot in the sewing area. Depending on the label material, it supports cold or hot cutting. The label can be sewn flat or folded in half.
Depending on the machine subclass, it can sew from 1 to 4 different labels simultaneously. The machine can be operated by an unskilled worker, with a stitching process time of 8 to 10 seconds, depending on the subclass.
