Description
Series of multi-layer cutters with cutting and receiving conveyors, designed for cutting materials up to 25/30/60/70/80 mm thick when compressed. These are highly versatile devices suitable for a wide range of applications and industries. Commonly used in the clothing and lingerie sectors, they are ideal for high-volume cutting. The system includes a cutting window with a surface covered in special brushes, a receiving table for cut templates, and a vacuum system to compress layered materials.
The cutting head features an oscillating knife with a dual-guide system that ensures stable operation, precision, repeatability, and high cutting quality. The vacuum strength is infinitely adjustable. The device is controlled either from the operator console or directly from the bridge beam. Additional features are available depending on specific needs.
