Description

A series of single-layer cutters capable of cutting all types of materials: fabrics, knits, linings, nonwovens, rubber and insulating materials, composites, etc. A wide range of cutter models ensures the ability to select the appropriate cutting field width and length, as well as the choice between a static device or one with cutting and receiving conveyor belts. The cutter can be integrated with systems for leather cutting, matching patterned materials, or cutting emblems and prints.

The special table covering is made from a unique material designed exclusively for KURIS, ensuring excellent material fixation on the table due to its air permeability. The device can be operated from the operator’s console or directly from the bridge beam.

A wide variety of cutting media makes KURIS devices highly versatile, and the special mounting system allows for quick tool changes. An optional automatic material feeder synchronized with the cutter conveyor belt is also available.
