Programmable sewing automaton with a large working area designed for quilting (jackets, coats, quilts, sleeping bags, etc.) and repetitive stitching patterns (sewing Velcro, collars, flaps, technical products, etc.). The machine is suitable for medium and heavy materials. Due to its ease of use, high accuracy, and repeatability of sewing, the machine can be operated by an operator with practically no sewing skills required.

The automaton sews according to a pre-created sewing program and uses special templates that hold the material (templates are custom-made and are not part of the machine’s standard equipment).

The machine is powered by an energy-efficient servo motor. Individual mechanisms are controlled by precise stepper motors.

Equipped with an enlarged hook with double thread capacity on the bobbin. The RFID reader placed under the table allows for fast automatic pattern loading depending on the type of sewing template used.

Clear touch control panel with the ability to store up to 999 stitching patterns in memory.
