Electronically controlled sewing machine for stitching elements according to a programmed sewing pattern: 800 x 450 mm. It can sew medium and heavier materials as well. The maximum sewing speed is 2,800 stitches per minute. The machine is used for repeatedly executing decorative sewing patterns, attaching labels, Velcro, emblems, and sewing pockets, flaps, zippers, attaching straps in MOLLE systems, and other components.

This machine can also be used for the production of quilted jackets, coats, duvets, or mattresses. It is equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head (Direct Drive system) and stepper motors controlling material movement in the X-Y axes. The machine is extremely easy to operate and, thanks to its automatic features, does not require the operator to have sewing skills. The machine comes with an enlarged bobbin hook with double thread capacity. An RFID reader mounted under the table allows for quick automatic pattern loading depending on the type of sewing template used. All sewing parameters can be programmed on a clear, color touch panel. Created patterns can be stored in the machine’s internal memory (capacity for 999 patterns) or on external USB memory. The programmable lift of the internal presser foot allows for stitching multi-layered items with varying heights.

Supported file formats: DXF, AI, PLT, DST. Proper operation requires connection to a compressed air system. The machine is equipped with an additional computer program for converting graphic files in DXF, DWG, and DST formats into sewing patterns.
