High-Performance Sewing Automation Machine for Hemming the Bottoms of Children’s T-Shirts and Polo Shirts

This is a high-performance coverstitch sewing machine designed for hemming the bottoms of children’s T-shirts, Polo shirts, and other garments with small circumferences. It is a specialized subclass designed for working with small-sized elements. The machine automatically positions the material under the presser foot. The entire hemming process is fully automated, requiring no operator intervention.

The machine features a Pegasus cylindrical coverstitch head, which ensures the highest stitch quality and trims the edge of the hemmed fabric before stitching (bottom edge fabric trimmer).

Automatic thread trimming, presser foot lifting, and the suction of trimmed scraps ensure high sewing quality and efficiency. Control is managed through a user-friendly graphical touchscreen panel.

Automatic adjustment of sewing parameters when changing the size of the garment being hemmed allows for sewing garments with different circumferences without needing to adjust the machine’s settings.
