Description
Modern Automatic Machine for Attaching Elastic in Waistbands with Overlock Stitch
A modern machine designed for attaching elastic to waistbands using an overlock stitch. The machine sews pre-joined elastic in a loop, ensuring even tension around the entire waistband. The operator’s role is limited to placing the prepared waistband on the tension rollers, positioning the waistband in the work area, and starting the machine. Tension and material alignment are controlled by a sensor system, requiring no operator intervention. Automatic chain cutting, presser foot lifting, and a scrap suction system contribute to high-quality and efficient sewing. The machine features a high-performance cylindrical overlock head from Pegasus.
Ease of use and a high level of automation allow an operator to manage two machines simultaneously, significantly increasing speed and productivity (the time to prepare and sew one elastic into a waistband is approximately 15 seconds). Control is managed via a user-friendly touchscreen panel.
