Electronic Garment Buttonhole Machine with Indexer

A 1-needle, 2-thread electronic garment buttonhole machine with the option of sewing a third reinforcing thread (cord), equipped with an indexer enabling the automatic stitching of up to 6 buttonholes in a single operation. The energy-saving servo motor is built into the machine head, with stepper motors controlling each mechanism.

The machine can sew buttonholes with or without an eye, with a cut before or after stitching, without a cut, with or without a bar tack, as well as buttonholes with a cross bar tack.

The indexer allows multiple parallel buttonholes to be stitched at programmed distances. This machine is ideal for sewing pants (fly front), suits (sleeve buttonholes), etc.

Key parameters, including buttonhole type and size, cutting mode, sewing speed, are programmed via a modern, easy-to-read control panel. Each buttonhole type can be individually programmed for shape, width, cutting type, etc.

A cycle sewing function allows several different types of buttonholes to be programmed and stitched in sequence without reconfiguring the machine. Quick buttonhole type changes without complex mechanical adjustments make this machine ideal for short-run production with high design variability.

The machine head design allows longitudinal buttonholes to be stitched on long elements.
