Description
A single-needle lockstitch machine with dual needle-feed and bottom-feed transportation, featuring a large-capacity hook, designed for sewing medium to heavy materials (e.g., denim, canvas) and “difficult” fabrics prone to layer shifting during sewing. The machine is equipped with a direct drive (energy-saving servo motor DIRECT DRIVE) built into the head and offers full automation. The use of a larger hook allows for larger bobbins with increased capacity, reducing the need for frequent changes when using thicker threads. The machine has an extended arm compared to standard lockstitch machines, allowing for easier handling of larger materials during sewing. The distance from the needle to the machine body is 30 cm. Automatic functions (thread trimming, backtacking at the beginning and end of sewing, needle positioning, and presser foot lifting) are programmable through an easy-to-use control panel located on the machine’s head. The machine also features a stitch addition button positioned next to the needle bar. The direct drive system reduces vibrations, operates quietly, and lowers operating costs. The machine comes with energy-efficient LED lighting for the workspace.
