Description
A specialized automatic machine designed for attaching Kangoo-type pockets on sports sweatshirts or sewing the inner yoke of a sweatshirt. The device automatically folds the edges of the pocket underneath, positions it on the fabric, and then sews it according to the programmed stitch pattern. It is possible to sew the pocket with a single or double stitch. After the sewing process is completed, the piece is automatically picked up and placed on the stacker arm.
Easy pocket form exchange allows for quick reconfiguration of the machine when sewing different sizes of garments. The vacuum suction system ensures precise positioning of the components, regardless of the type of materials used for sewing.
To enhance productivity and quality, the device is equipped with a thread break sensor.
