Electronically Controlled Machine Based on a 2-Thread Bartacking System for Sewing Round Eyelets
This machine is designed for sewing round eyelets commonly used in the production of caps, workwear, sportswear, and more. It stitches the eyelets and punches holes with a diameter of 3 mm (other sizes available upon request: 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 4 mm). Equipped with a modern, energy-efficient 550W servo motor.
The automatic thread trimming system leaves a short thread tail on the fabric, enhancing the aesthetics of the stitch and eliminating the need for manual trimming. It features a large, clear touchscreen control panel that allows for the creation of custom patterns. All icons and settings are displayed in a highly readable format. The machine is also equipped with a USB port.
