Description

A specialized programmable machine designed for quilting pillows. It is equipped with a pneumatically raised front part of the head. The presser foot lift height of up to 260mm allows for quilting very thick pillows.
The machine features an electronic programmable needle thread tension system, ensuring the highest stitch quality even on thick and fluffy pillows. The energy-saving servo motor (Direct-Drive system) is mounted directly on the main shaft of the machine head.
Control is operated via a clear, color touchscreen panel, allowing for programming and storing patterns in the machine’s memory. It is also possible to edit stored bar tack patterns.
Connection to a compressed air source is required. The distance from the needle to the machine body is an impressive 42 cm.
