Specialized Quilting Machine for Pillows

A specialized quilting machine for pillows, equipped with a pneumatically lifted front section of the head to increase clearance under the presser foot and needle bar. This design allows stitching on very thick pillows (presser foot lift height up to 11.7 cm).

The specially designed presser foot mounting mechanism enables an expanded work area, with a distance from the needle to the machine body of up to 28 cm. Electronic needle thread tension adjustment ensures top-quality stitching, even on thick and fluffy pillows. The energy-saving servo motor is located in the machine head directly on the main shaft (Direct-Drive system).

Custom decorative tacks can be designed and uploaded to the machine (specialized software for pattern programming is required).
