A fully automatic station for hemming garment edges such as sleeves, pockets, and the bottoms of POLO shirts and T-shirts flat. The machine is equipped with a 2-needle coverstitch sewing head and a conveyor belt guiding the sewn materials. Automatic hemming of the edge, trimming and vacuum removal of excess material, as well as thread trimming and a stacker that automatically places the sewn items. These solutions ensure the highest quality and consistency of stitches, as well as very high productivity. The automatic sewing process means that the operator’s task is limited to placing the garment pieces into the working area.
