Automatic Long-Arm 2-Needle Lockstitch Machine with Triple Transport

A long-arm, fully automatic, 2-needle lockstitch machine equipped with triple transport (needle feed, feed dog, and walking foot), designed for sewing heavy materials such as leather, furniture upholstery, and automotive upholstery. Features include an adjustable walking foot height controlled by a graduated dial on the machine head. The machine is fitted with a large-capacity vertical hook and offers a working space of 650 mm from the needle bar to the machine body.

The energy-efficient servo motor, control box, and control panel are integrated into the machine head. Automatic functions include presser foot lifting, bar tacking at the beginning and end of seams, needle positioning, and thread trimming. A conveniently placed bar tacking button next to the needle bar eliminates the need for a separate reverse lever, particularly useful for long-arm machines. Pneumatic presser foot lifting requires a connection to a compressed air source.
