Description
A long-arm 2-needle lockstitch machine with triple feed (needle, feed dog, and walking foot) designed for sewing heavy materials such as leather, furniture, and automotive upholstery. It is equipped with pneumatic presser foot lifting and a needle positioning function. The walking foot height adjustment is controlled by a graduated dial on the machine head. There is a backtacking button conveniently placed near the needle bar. The machine features a large-capacity vertical hook. The distance from the needle bar to the machine body is 450 mm. The energy-saving 750W servo motor is mounted under the machine table. Optionally, the lockstitch machine can be equipped with a needle positioning function. The backtacking button is conveniently located next to the needle bar, eliminating the need for the backtack lever, which is especially important in machines with an extended arm. Proper operation requires connection to a compressed air source (pneumatic presser foot lifting).
