Automatic Single-Needle Lockstitch Machine with Triple Transport and 45cm Extended Arm

An automatic single-needle lockstitch machine with triple transport (needle, feed dog, and walking foot) and an extended arm to 45 cm, designed for sewing heavy materials like leather, furniture upholstery, and automotive upholstery. Equipped with automatic presser foot lift and a knob to adjust foot height. The machine has a large, high-capacity hook. The distance from the needle bar to the machine body is 450 mm. An energy-efficient 750W servo motor is mounted under the machine table.

The lockstitch machine includes automatic functions: presser foot lift, beginning and end stitch locking, needle positioning, and thread trimming. Connection to a compressed air source is required for optimal performance (pneumatic presser foot lift).
