Description

Device for automatic measuring and cutting of various types of tapes. It is equipped with a photocell that aids in precise measuring of labels and tags. The device features a special system for collecting cut sections and preventing static electricity (particularly important when cutting thin satin tape used in garment labels).

The machine can measure the set length, which is adjusted via the built-in control panel.

The increase in the knife’s temperature, along with simultaneous edge sealing of the cut material, is particularly important when cutting materials prone to fraying. All data entered into the machine is automatically saved in the device’s memory and protected from loss upon shutdown.

The device can be used to cut braided tape, plastic cords, plastic zippers, shoelaces, labels, elastic, hook-and-loop tape, etc. This machine is ideal for increasing efficiency, improving product quality, and reducing labor costs.
