Description

Automatic hot-cutting device for tape with edge sealing. The machine is designed for straight or angled cuts with angle adjustment precision to 1 degree. All parameters are set using an intuitive control panel with an LCD display.

The machine allows multiple cutting combinations:

• Straight cut
• Angled cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the start and end of the tape
• Angled cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the start, straight cut at the end
• Angled cut from 0 to 45 degrees at the start and from 0 to 60 degrees at the end
• Dual-sided angled cut from 0 to 30 degrees at the start, straight cut at the end

The device is suitable for hot cutting of webbing, straps, Velcro, elastic, zippers, and more. It automatically measures programmed tape segments and cuts with simultaneous edge sealing, essential for materials prone to fraying (edge sealing applies to synthetic materials susceptible to melting at high temperatures).

Automatic stop when the tape runs out, making this an ideal machine for enhancing efficiency and product quality while saving labor through high cutting precision, speed, and easy operation.
