Description

Modern 3-needle electronic arm-type machine with chain stitch. Standardly designed for heavy materials such as denim, twill (workwear, technical fabrics, etc.). A special subclass is also available for medium-weight materials. The arm design allows for the closing of cylindrical elements such as pant legs and tubular filters.

The latest technology enables high sewing speeds of up to 5,500 stitches/min. The machine includes a sensor detecting material thickness variations (cross seams), which adjusts the presser foot pressure, ensuring top-quality stitching without skipped stitches. Additionally, the machine features an efficient electronic belt puller, supporting material feed.

An energy-saving servo motor mounted in the machine head ensures quiet operation and low energy consumption. Equipped with a modern electronic control panel with NFC capability, the machine enables data transfer or parameter settings between similar machines.

For enhanced efficiency and work comfort, the machine includes thread trimming and suction, activated by a photocell, needle cooling (eliminating thread burning on tough materials), and LED lighting with adjustable brightness.
