A modern, high-performance, electronically controlled JUKI automatic machine for attaching belt loops to various types of garments. The machine features a 2-needle head, enabling simultaneous stitching of the loop at the top and bottom. It includes an automatic loop feeder from tape, which simultaneously cuts the loop and forms the desired fold, significantly reducing the time to attach one loop to 1.2 seconds (with 28 stitches for securing). The operator’s task is limited to placing the garment in the machine’s working area.

All machine parameters are set via a user-friendly, clear control panel. Adjustable settings include the number of securing stitches, needle spacing (loop length adjustable from 48 to 78 mm), bar tack length (7 to 22 mm), bar tack width (1 to 3.2 mm), and precision adjustments for securing width and length to 0.1 mm. The machine can sew loops with widths ranging from 9 to 20 mm.
