Description

Electronic 2-thread, 1-needle garment buttonhole machine with a chain stitch, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head. The sewing speed of up to 2500 stitches/min and the pneumatic control system for the material-cutting knife ensure significantly faster operation and increased efficiency.

The machine can sew buttonholes with or without a convergent bartack. Depending on the subclass, it is designed for sewing JEANS (MEB-3810J) or cotton trousers and workwear (MEB-3810C). Buttonhole length: 10-38 mm (without trimming the looper thread) or 10-34 mm (with trimming the needle and looper threads).

The machine comes with 10 pre-programmed buttonhole patterns, and its built-in memory allows for storing an additional 89 patterns. The presser frame (foot) lifting height is 13 mm. It is possible to cut the buttonhole before stitching, after stitching, or sew the buttonhole without cutting. Electronic control of needle thread tension ensures the highest stitch quality.

All parameters, including buttonhole type, cutting method, thread tension, and sewing speed, are programmed via a modern, user-friendly control panel.

The machine is standardly equipped with integrated LED lighting.
