Description
Fully automatic 2-thread garment buttonhole machine, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms. Depending on the subclass, the machine can sew buttonholes with or without an eye, with cutting before or after stitching, with convergent or transverse bartacks, or without a bartack.
All parameters, including buttonhole type and size, cutting method, thread tension, and sewing speed, are programmed via a modern and user-friendly control panel. For each buttonhole type, it is possible to individually program the shape, width, eye size, cutting method, and more. Thread tension programming allows independent adjustment of tension for different parts of a single buttonhole. The machine features an electronically controlled cutting mechanism powered by a stepper motor and a split knife system, enabling the creation of various types and sizes of buttonholes without the need to change knives or anvils.
The machine supports cyclic programming for sewing several different types of buttonholes in sequence, allowing all required buttonholes for a garment to be sewn without reconfiguring the machine. The quick change of buttonhole types without complex mechanical adjustments makes this machine ideal for short production runs with high design variability.
The design of the machine head allows longitudinal sewing of buttonholes on long elements.
Adjustable sewing speed: 400 – 2200 stitches/min.
Buttonhole length depends on the machine subclass:
MEB-3200SS (standard) – buttonhole length: 10-38 mm – suitable for men’s and women’s clothing.
