JUKI MEB-3200C

Fully automatic, 2-thread buttonhole machine for clothing, equipped with a servo motor built into the machine head and stepper motors controlling individual mechanisms. Depending on the subclass, the machine can sew buttonholes with or without a round end, cut before or after stitching, with or without a bar tack, or with a cross tack. The MEB3200C series also allows sewing round buttonholes.

All parameters, such as buttonhole type and size, cutting method, thread tension, and sewing speed, are programmed via a modern, easy-to-read touch control panel with NFC communication. Thanks to the NFC function, machine settings can be saved on a smartphone and then copied to another machine. For each buttonhole type, it is possible to individually program the shape, width, eye size, cutting type, etc. The programmable thread tension allows independent tension settings for different parts of a single buttonhole. The machine features an electronically controlled cutting mechanism with a stepper motor and a split knife. This allows for sewing various types and sizes of buttonholes without changing knives or anvils.

The function of programming cyclic sewing of several different buttonhole types allows buttonholes to be sewn on the product without resetting the machine. The quick change of buttonhole type without complex mechanical adjustments makes the machine ideal for short series production with high pattern variability. The design of the head body allows longitudinal sewing of buttonholes on long elements. Adjustable sewing speed from 400 to 2200 stitches/min. Buttonhole length depends on the machine subclass.
