Description

The latest version of a mechanically controlled 1-thread button sewing machine, max. 1500 stitches/min, button diameter: 10 – 28 mm, hole spacing: 2.5 – 6.5 mm, and number of stitches per cycle: 8, 16, 32. Features automatic thread trimming and a mechanism that secures the thread at the end of the sewing cycle, preventing the button from detaching.

This machine includes a quick pattern change function, allowing the user to switch between parallel and “cross” stitching for 4-hole buttons using an external lever located at the back of the machine head. It is the first mechanically controlled machine with the ability to change button sewing patterns.

The machine is standardly equipped with a holder for sewing flat buttons. It also allows sewing buttons with a shank, sewing flat with wrapping, or sewing labels by replacing the mounting holder.
